* cleanup code for URL type
* fix makefile for trace mode
* refactor, merge Entry, RawEntry and Route into one.
* Implement fileserver.
* refactor: rename HTTPRoute to ReverseProxyRoute to avoid confusion

- fix prometheus metrics for load balanced routes
